A little rain or drizzling will not cancel a session, your child will have to come prepare with the right attire (rain coat, rain boots, etc). This is not a make up class in case your child misses a session. If your child misses a session it's not refundable, exchangeable or credited.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have purchased your camp option, we do not give exchanges, credits, or refunds. We have to prepare our crafts, pay our team and plan the classes so there is a cost involved and we won't be able to offer you your money back. If you purchased a drop-in option, you can gift it to a friend. Please note that in case of inclement weather, we still have classes prepared for the kids to make the most out of their time and please be sure that we will always look out for the safety of your children first. We have also added two more dates at the very end of the season to utilize as a make up class in case of thunder or pouring rain. Please note these last two make up class sessions are NOT if you cant me it to camp, they have been added ONLY so we can offer the outdoor experiences to our children in case WE have to cancel the class due to extreme weather. If we have to use the make up sessions and you cant attend, Oak Hill Farms is not responsible for reimbursement or credit because we are offering an option, and you are agreeing to the dates and our policies. Thank you!
