RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Per our policy agreed to at checkout, we accept approved returns of unused, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address or in-store for a store credit only (Oak Hill Farms E-Gift Card) within 7 days from the date your order was received or purchased. 

RETURN POLICY

-Please reach out via email to orders@oakhillfarmsnj.com and explain the reason for the return.

-Customers are fully responsible for return shipping charges unless a shipping mistake has been made on our end.

-Shipping for the initial order will be deducted from the e-gift card issued.

EXCHANGES

We do not permit exchanges online. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can follow our return policy, but if you want a different product you will need to pace a new order.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received an order with a damaged product, we will need you to submit a picture of the damage and you will receive a refund for it. Please note, that we will not be able to ship a new replacement item because our shop works on restocks so many times the product is out of stock until weeks later than we replenish. To satisfy the situation, we will issue a refund for the damage but not a replacement. (We have to ask for pictures because that is the only way to submit claims to mail carriers for reimbursement since the majority of times it's a problem of mishandling packages).

SPECIAL COLLABORATION, SEASONAL OR LIMITED QUANTITY ITEMS

Items on sale, special collaborations, seasonal or  limited quantity are not eligible for return.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AT THE BARN (HOLMDEL, NJ)

Our policy remains the same as online for our retail barn, we don’t accept returns on perishable items. We can’t put that item back in stock so it’s a loss and for that reason is not returnable. 

Seasonal items are not returnable (ex: Holiday items purchased, will not be accepted back. All seasonal items are final sale). Please understand we are a small business and we count on the purchases our customers make. Customers can return a product only if it was unopened, unused, unaltered, or undamaged within 7 days of purchase. 

All returns will be refunded as a STORE CREDIT ONLY. If you change your mind about a product or you regret your purchase later on, unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund it. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. And of course, we are very grateful for all your purchases.
