RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Per our policy agreed to at checkout, we accept approved returns, of unused, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address or in-store for a store credit only (Oak Hill Farms E-Gift Card) within 7 days from the date your order was received or purchased.
-Please reach out via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and explain the reason for the return.
-Customer is fully responsible for return shipping charges unless a shipping mistake has been made on our end.
-Shipping for the initial order will be deducted from the e-gift card issued.
We do not permit exchanges online. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can follow our return policy, but if you want a different product you will need to pace a new order.
If you received and order with a damaged product, we will need you to submit a picture of the damage and you will receive a refund for it. Please note, that we will not be able to ship a new replacement item because our shop works on restocks so many times the product its out of stock until weeks later that we replenish. In order to satisfy the situation, we will issue a refund for the damage but not a replacement. (We have to ask for pictures because that is the only way to submit claims to mail carriers for reimbursement since majority of times its a problem of mishandling package).
SPECIAL COLLABORATION OR LIMITED QUANTITY ITEMS
Items on sale, special collaborations, limited quantity are not eligible for return.
