Please make sure your order is being shipped to a secure location, once the package is shipped and/or delivered to the location you entered, we CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages.
Can you let me know the status of my order?
We start getting orders together the very first business day after we have a restock on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. With that being said, we are still a small business and as much as we would love to have the orders on your hands the very next day we try our best to get them ready and out the door within 3-5 business days after placed. For specific current processing times please check our "CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES" tab.
My order shows as delivered but I have not received it!
This happens all the time. It simply means your postal carrier marked your order as delivered before they had a chance to deliver. This is on the USPS side and not in our hands. 99% of the time it shows up the next day.
Where can I find tracking info on my order?
If you gave us an email at check out, our website system automatically emails you tracking info once your order shipped. If you provided a phone number, your tracking info and order confirmation was sent via SMS via the phone number you provided.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship anywhere in the U.S and Canada. We are hoping that we will ship everywhere in the world very soon :)
