Mom Cookie Cake

This Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake it’s so fun and easy to make. Only take few store-bought ingredients and you are good to go! 

Ingredients:

• 1 large tube of store-bought chocolate chip cookie dough
• 1 tub of chocolate frosting
• 1 tub of vanilla pink frosting
• 6 large marshmallows
• Fresh mint leaves
• Other supplies: pizza pan, star tip, piping bag, kitchen scissors

To make it: start by pressing down on a pizza pan the chocolate chip cookie dough covering the entire surface (just leave 1” border for the cookie to expand when it bakes off).

Bake off in the oven per tube instructions, usually 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

When it’s done, remove from oven and let it cool off. Create your marshmallow flowers by giving them 4 cuts but not all the way (as you see on the IG video), and start forming the petals with them. Add a tiny bit of chocolate frosting on the spots where you will be placing the flowers with the help of a piping bag. Add a little more frosting to the center of the flower to create the look. With a piping bag and star tip, add the pink frosting creating a rose. Add fresh mint leaves as the leaves of the rose and finish writing whatever message you prefer in the middle.
