THE CRISPIEST “like fried” Chicken wings

I love chicken wings, and it’s a staple during game days! Making these in the oven it’s completely game changer! I hope you love them as much as we do! Ingredients:

FOR THE WINGS

•2 pounds of chicken wings (I use party style because they are smaller)

RUB

•2 tsp of kosher salt

•1 tsp of black pepper

•1 tsp of garlic powder

•1 tsp of onion powder

•1 tsp of smoked paprika

•4 tsp of baking powder (this is key! And secret #1 to get them really crispy!)

FOR THE RANCH DRESSING

•1 cup whole milk Kefir

•1/2 cup mayo

•1 tsp garlic powdered

•1 tsp dried chives

•1 tsp dried parsley

•2 tsp dried dill

•1 tsp salt

•2 tsp dried onion

•1/2 lemon juiced

Let’s do this:

Preheat the oven at 425 degrees. Wash the chicken and dry it completely. I use paper towels to make sure they are completely dry (this is secret #2 to get them really crispy!). Make the rub by mixing all the spices listed above, add baking powder and toss the chicken into the rub making sure they are completely coated. Place them in sheets pans with wire racks (the wire racks allow the heat to crispy them all around - this is secret #3) making sure they are not covering each other. Bake them off for 20 minutes at 425 degrees, take them off and flip them and put them back in the oven for another 30-40 minutes at 350 or until completely crisp. Don’t forget to flip them! That’s also key and secret #4!)

Toss them in your favorite sauces (I tossed mine on Buffalo).

Make the Kefir Ranch: add all the ingredients listed above to a dressing jar or mason jar and shake vigorously until well combined. Serve with the wings and some crudités. Happy Game Day!
