National Flap Jack Day
**Celebrate National Flapjack Day with Sheet Pan Pancakes!**
Hey there pancake lovers! Did you know that today is National Flapjack Day? It's the perfect excuse to indulge in everyone's favorite breakfast treat – pancakes! To mark this delicious occasion, I'm excited to share with you my go-to recipe for Sheet Pan Pancakes that are always a hit at my house.
Sheet Pan Pancakes are a game-changer because they're easy to make, require minimal cleanup, and are perfect for feeding a crowd. Plus, they're incredibly versatile, allowing you to customize toppings to suit your taste preferences. These sheet pan pancakes are made from a mix, which makes it even easier and with this recipe you will get fluffy ones, not cakey ones so you are in for a win!
Here's what you'll need:
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups pancake mix (like Krusteaz or Bisquick)
- 2 cups milk (2% or whole)
- 2 large eggs
- toppings such as mini chocolate chips, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, shredded coconut
- Oak Hill Farms maple syrup for serving
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease baking sheet with butter, spreading all over pan; set aside.
-
In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, and eggs until well combined. Pour the batter on to the prepared pan and spread evenly using a spatula. Add toppings to the batter and place in preheated oven on center rack.
-
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pancakes are golden brown. Remove from oven and cut into squares. Serve with pure Oak Hill Farms maple syrup.
I hope you love them!
XOXO, Carla
