Chocolate Bunny Pops

You’ll need: 1 box Pocky sticks, 1 cup melted milk or dark chocolate, M&M’s.

Melt chocolate in 30-sec intervals in the microwave, adding 1 tsp coconut oil if needed to loosen. Place Pocky sticks on a parchment-lined pan, spaced about 2” apart. Using a piping bag or bulb decorator, draw a bunny shape above each stick—big circle (body), small circle (head), and ears. Fill with chocolate and smooth with a spoon. Let set at room temp for 10–15 min or refrigerate for 5. Add a dot of melted chocolate to an M&M and press it on as the bunny tail. Let set, then enjoy!
