Charcuterie Chips
- 1 bag of Kettle Chips of choice, I used black pepper & sea salt
- About two cups of cheese of choice, I used Parmesan but Gouda or White cheddar will be great too
- 1/2 cup of meat, I used peppered soppressata but salame or prosciutto will be great as well
- 8oz of soft cheese, I used fine herbs goat cheese but you can use any flavored goat cheese or even chunks of brie
- Fig jam or other jam of choice
- Hot Honey, I used Oak Hill Farms hot honey of course, and you can get it here!
Start by placing the chips on a sheet pan, add cheese and meat evenly. Top with little chunks of goat cheese and bake for about 10 minutes at 350 until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven and top with jam and drizzle hot honey all over. Enjoy!
