CAPRESE CHARCUTE-TREE
Caprese Charcute-Tree
- 1 large log of fresh mozarella
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 8 slices of salame
- 2 large tomatoes, 1/4” sliced
- Basil leaves (about 12)
- Olive oil and balsamic glaze to drizzle
Place your EZ Board on a flat surface and start forming a tree shape by adding rows of the ingredients from wide to slim. I add a slice of fresh mozarella, the prosciutto or salame, a slice of tomato and finish with a basil leaves. Make sure when you add the next ingredient you only cover half of the one before so they all show and you can see the layers. I cut one slice of mozarella as a star shape to top the tree and added olive oil and balsamic glaze on top!
