Bow Buttercream Board - Ingredients
- 2 cups of vanilla buttercream (you can make it or buy it)
- 1 cup of pink buttercream (you can color the vanilla one or buy it)
Add the vanilla buttercream into a piping bag and the pink buttercream to another piping bag. Make sure you cut the tip of the vanilla buttercream bigger than the pink one. Over a plate or a board pipe the white buttercream in the shape of a bow as you see on the video. Either a knife or small spatula, flatten the buttercream down a little bit. Then go over the view drawing with the pink buttercream creating a two color bow. Add all your favorite shortbreads, sweets and fruits. This is what I used:
- mini brownie cups
- Shortbread fingers
- Heart shaped shortbread cookies
- Strawberries, shaped like hearts
- Strawberry wafers
- Pink heart marshmallows
