Berry Shortcake Board

This is so fun to make if you have a crowd! And the actual dips are so simple to put together, can be made in advance and can also be saved if you have extra! It’s a win win! 

Ingredients

For the Strawberry Shortcake Dip - mix the following:

• 8oz cream cheese, soften

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

• 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt

• 8oz cool whip or homemade whipped cream

• 1/2 cup of chopped strawberries

Optional: you can add 2 tbsp of strawberry syrup for more color but I opted to keep it natural.

For the Blueberry Shortcake Dip - mix the following:

• 8oz cream cheese, soften

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

• 1/2 cup of blueberry yogurt

• 8oz cool whip or homemade whipped cream

• 1/2 cup of blueberries

To assemble the board:

Add both dips to the middle of a platter or wooden board, add some fresh whipped cream or cool whipped on a third bowl, and add some of your favorite shortbread essentials:

Fresh variety berries, shortbread cookies, pound cake cut in small squares, graham crackers, strawberry wafers, nilla wafers, etc. Enjoy!
