Our Island Jam is a mix of fresh pineapple, mango and has a habanero pepper kick to it. It is a phenomenal jam for savory grilling dishes such pork chips, shrimp, fish tacos, as a dip for coconut shrimp OR great to spread over toast, add to cheese platters, cook with them, as a cheesecake topper, include in desserts' recipes or simply to gift to a jam lover in your life.
